Generally speaking ALWAYS try this first. Uninstall all the Fretlight software that you have on your computer. Second, go to www.Fretlight.com/software.html to download the latest version of the software. Start with Fretlight Lesson Player and try that first. Once that installs and works correctly, re-install the other programs.
