GP6 is reverting back to the demo mode after I complete all the updates to get to version 6.1.1.

Turn off your computers UAC if you are using Windows Vista or 7.
Uninstall Guitar Pro 6.
Run the GP6Cleaner, which you can get by clicking on the appropriate link below:

Mac: http://www.guitar-pro.com/support-tools/GP6Cleaner-Mac.zip
Internet Explore is not recommended to complete the following steps. Please use Firefox or Google Chrome..
Then go to http://www.guitar-pro.com, click on "Support" and register your license.
Click on "Download (full software, RSE banks, manual...)" and on the next page click on the Full GP6 download icon with the OS that matches what your computer is running.
Install the program when the download is complete.
Launch Guitar Pro 6's updater from the Help drop down menu for PC and from the Guitar Pro drop down menu from Macs.
You may need to run the updater several times to get all of the available updates.
Restart GP6 and you will be good to go.
