What are Optek's Shipping Procedures?

When you order a guitar directly from Optek Music Systems, Inc., the LEDs and audio systems are double tested and the guitar is also given an extended basic setup with your local humidity levels in mind to ensure that your guitar plays great (once it is tuned to pitch) and functions right out of the box.

Your guitar will require a signature when it is delivered to your location. You will receive a tracking number from FedEx via email when your package ships out. Make sure to check www.fedex.com for your guitar's estimated arrival date. If you are unable to sign for the package you can pick up your package from the local FedEx hub.

If the guitar is damaged in shipping, please contact us so that we can pick it up and get a new one out to you. All guitars are fully ensured and no further cost will be incurred by you.
